How to access safe mode in Windows XP / Vista

Accessing safe mode is easier than you think, it only takes a reboot, the simple process of the pressing of a button and some time.

Instructions

1. Restart your Computer
2. At the Screen Splash, repeadetly press F8
3. Select 'Safe Mode'
4. Wait for Windows to load
5. Login to Administrator
6. You are now successfully in safe mode
